You know what happens in prison to guys who wear purple suits, right?…Absolutely nothing. Those guys saw ‘Dark Knight’ too.But happy birthday! I got you a criminal!
A corrupt politician in Chicago? STOP THE PRESSES!
Otto Kerner, 33rd governor of Illinois: Convicted of briberyDaniel Walker, 36th governor of Illinois: Convicted in connection with the savings and loan scandal.George Ryan, 39th governor of Illinois: 22 counts of racketeering, bribery, extortion, money laundering and tax fraud.Rod Blagojevich, 40th governor of Illinois: charged with conspiracy to commit fraud and solicitation of bribery. Blago’s successor won’t be going for the hat trick, he’ll be going for the extra point.
You guys really have a way with politicians. I thought Tammany Hall was in New York.
Jon: Yeah, but I want three in a row.
Ah, three in a row might be difficult. Blago’s successor in waiting is Pat Quinn, and he’s about as edgy as buttermilk. Besides, doesn’t the state constitution have some sort of mercy rule after four governors go down?
You guys need the stabilizing influence of Al Capone.
What, that vile tax evader? Surely you jest.
