Hi-ho!

I was playing with my Firefox NavBar, trying to fit more links along the top. So, I decided to cut out the names of sites with recognizable favicons, which meant that I should add one of my own so this title wasn’t taking up excess space in the bar. After much consideration, I settled on an image of Kermit the Frog, which I think fits rather well.
The nice thing about all this is that I can finally put a bunch of the sites I check daily (or more frequently), like Skeptico, the Two Percent Co., and Pharyngula (since I don’t check the other ScienceBlogs as frequently) right there at the top of my screen. The only problem is that there are quite a few blogs, especially Blogspot blogs, which don’t have their own logos. So I entreat you, skeptical Blogger bloggers, go to My Favatar or a similar site and make your own distinct little icon, so I can check your site with even greater ease.
Also, I realized last night that this post should have been titled “When I cite authority, reality always wins.” I apologize for not realizing the appropriate pun sooner.
Have you tried Firefox’s Sage RSS reader?
I stuck my avatar of a kid with a ptchfork in and it was kinda cool, although not as defined as I’d like.I’ll stick with it for the timebeing, though.
